Tangela has devoted her practice to immigration law for nearly a decade, during which she has handled a variety of immigrant and non-immigrant cases from start to finish, including Employment-based immigrant petitions (EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2/EB-3, EB-5), Non-immigrant petitions for temporary workers (H-1B, H-1B1, L-1, O-1), Family-based immigrant petitions (I-130, I-485), Waivers of Inadmissibility and other immigration related issues. She has been masterful in drafting detailed petition letters and responses to any and all U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services requests and notices. Tangela’s well-rounded capabilities enable her to represent her clients effectively in a variety of circumstances and settings.
